Did you know that Albanian skier Lara Colturi was crowned Junior World Champion in Super-G?

 On January 20, 2023, in St. Anton, Austria, Colturi won the gold medal in Super-G at just 16 years old, securing the world junior title in the discipline.

 

Now, the Albanian skier is set to return to Super-G competition in the 2026/27 Alpine Ski World Cup season, with four races in the discipline on her program.

Alongside her participation in slalom and giant slalom, the return to Super-G will give Colturi another challenge as she continues to establish herself among the world's leading young alpine skiers.

Her return to the discipline that brought her a junior world title will be closely followed by Albanian fans, who will be eager to see her back at the Super-G start.

Lara Colturi is back in Super-G — and the next chapter is about to begin.
