Albania Women’s Superiore: 2026/27 Season Draw Reveals Opening Fixtures

 The draw for the new 2026/27 Albanian Women’s Superiore Championship was held Friday at the “House of Football,” with the new season set to begin on September 26, 2026.

 

Unlike last season, the championship will be played in three phases, with the eight participating teams set to face each other across 21 rounds. Gramshi will not participate in this season’s competition.

The opening-round draw produced the following fixtures:

Matchday 1 – September 26, 2026

• Apolonia vs Teuta
• Atletik Shkodra vs Vllaznia
• Egnatia vs Lushnja
• Partizani vs Kinostudio

The new format will determine the championship race through three phases, with all eight teams now knowing their opponents for the opening stage.
