Beyond football, she enjoys singing, playing the piano, volunteering, and dreams of one day becoming a parachutist.

For Elisa, competing in Miss Italia is about much more than beauty.

"I chose to participate in Miss Italia because, for me, it's a personal victory and a form of redemption. In the past, I felt excluded and insecure. Today I want to show that every girl can find the courage to believe in herself," she told Gazzetta di Siena.

She also insists she does not view the other contestants as rivals.

"The other contestants are not enemies to defeat. They are girls with dreams very similar to mine. The real victory is remaining authentic and always respecting one another."

Behind her success stands her biggest inspiration—her grandmother.

"I dedicate all of this to my grandmother. Every day she gives me strength and hope through the way she faces her illness. I hope that one day I can become as strong a fighter as she is."

With the countdown now underway, Elisa Vardoni will represent Siena and her Albanian roots on one of Italy's biggest beauty pageant stages, hoping to capture the Miss Toscana title and continue her journey toward becoming Miss Italia.
