Thousands of citizens gathered in Tirana for the 58th consecutive protest against Prime Minister Edi Rama, while demonstrators also expressed anger toward the wider political establishment, including opposition leader Sali Berisha.

As in previous rallies, protesters first gathered at Skënderbej Square before marching toward the Prime Minister’s Office, where they continued their demonstration.
During the march and the gathering in front of the government building, participants voiced strong criticism against Albania’s political leadership. Among the main slogans heard were “Rama in prison,” “Berisha in prison,” “Revolution,” “Resign,” and “Your end has come.”
The messages from the protesters reflected dissatisfaction not only with the current government but also with the broader political system, as many participants called for accountability and changes beyond the traditional rivalry between the ruling party and the opposition.
Citizens taking part in the protest said they are concerned about the country’s political and economic situation and demanded deep institutional reforms, transparency, and a new direction for Albania.
The continuation of the daily demonstrations marks one of the longest periods of public unrest in recent Albanian political history, highlighting growing frustration among citizens toward the country’s established political forces.
