Albanian Victim Mateo Llupi Shooting Case Returns to Fier as Sweden Investigation Continues

The body of Mateo Llupi, a young Albanian man killed  in a shooting in Helsingborg, Sweden, has been returned to his hometown of Fier, where he will be laid to rest.

The incident occurred just before midnight on the 14th of this month, triggering an immediate response from Swedish authorities. Police quickly secured the area and launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting, which has since raised concerns about public safety in the region.

During the attack, a 25-year-old woman who was accompanying the victim was also injured. She reportedly sustained gunshot wounds but survived the incident. Authorities have not released further details about her condition, while investigators continue to examine possible motives and connections related to the shooting.
