Kristjan Asllani Still Without a Club Move; Ramadani Expected to Renew with Lecce

Ylber Ramadani, the Albanian international midfielder, has renewed his contract with U.S. Lecce until at least 2027, after strong performances in Serie A convinced the club to activate a contract extension option. Ramadani, 29, has become an important part of Lecce’s midfield this season.

In contrast, Kristjan Asllani’s situation is more uncertain. The Albanian midfielder is currently on loan at Torino F.C. from Inter Milan but has fallen out of the technical plans under coach Marco Baroni and was recently left out of the squad list for a Serie A match, something that hadn’t happened to him even at Inter.

As a result:

Torino and Inter are reportedly working to find a new destination for Asllani this winter transfer window, with interest from other clubs.

Asllani prefers to remain in Italy’s Serie A despite interest from abroad, and has reportedly rejected moves to some clubs outside Italy while exploring domestic options.

Because he is currently not part of Torino’s immediate plans, his future status — whether a transfer, another loan, or a return to Inter — remains uncertain as of late January 2026.

In summary: Ramadani’s contract renewal at Lecce secures his place there, while Asllani’s club situation is unresolved and might change before the transfer window closes.
