Born in Kukës and graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Entela built the foundations of her career on a strong technical education combined with a clear vision for professional growth. She further enriched her skillset by earning an MBA from the Mediterranean University of Tirana, paving the way for a versatile career spanning Albania, Kosovo, and ultimately Switzerland.
With over 15 years of experience bridging engineering and business management, Entela’s career path includes significant roles in the cement industry, followed by sales management and project consultancy for German and Austrian companies, where she stood out for her professionalism and cross-cultural competencies.
In 2020, Entela relocated to Switzerland, where her fluency in four foreign languages—including all three official languages of Switzerland—and her relentless drive for continuous development enabled her rapid integration into the Swiss market as a Sales Technical Manager at an international company.
Today, Entela serves as an Account Manager for Datacenter Ecosystems at the prestigious Schneider Electric AG, coordinating and supporting electrical engineers throughout Switzerland. She provides innovative solutions for data centers and IT infrastructure, playing a key role in the digital transformation of the energy sector.
Beyond her professional achievements, Entela is actively engaged in the community. Recently, she joined AES (the Association of Albanian Engineers in Switzerland), where she aims to contribute her experience, energy, and vision to support Albanian professionals in the diaspora.
Outside of work, Entela’s passion for sports—particularly tennis and swimming—reflects her belief that energy is life itself and that success is an ongoing journey without stops.
