 Newly erected bust of Mother Teresa in Panama
 The President of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani has inaugurated today in Panama, the statue of Mother Teresa, created by Kosovar sculptor Bashkim Beqiri. The unveiling of the statue took place at a ceremony hosted by Panamanian Foreign Minister Erika Mouynes and the Archbishop of Panama, José Domingo Ulloa.

President Osmani stressed that he feels happy that Panama is monumentalizing the memory of St. Teresa. It is also grateful for her work, for her values, and for the greatness of her personality.

Among other things, President Osmani said that like her compatriots we are very proud of the image of St. Teresa. Likewise, she added, we are grateful to the people of Panama for the respect shown with all the honors that can be offered to a saint.
