The move comes at a time when the pandemic situation is experiencing a new deterioration in various parts of Europe. Seven new decisions were made regarding Covid certificates issued by Albania, Andorra, the Faroe Islands, Israel, Monaco, Morocco and Panama. These states and territories, it was said in the bloc's announcement, have at the same time accepted the EU digital certificate.
