Albanian-Finnish writer, Pajtim Statovci, brings his third novel in English

 The Albanian-Finnish writer, Pajtim Statovci, brings in English his third novel "Bolla". This novel was published in the US this week. In 2019 the novel "Bolla" won the "Finland Prize".

Pajtim Statovci was born in Kosovo in 1990. At the age of two he emigrated with his family to Finland to escape the war. Thus he learned to live in balance between different nationalities, languages, cultures, and genders.

In 2017 he completed his Master of Arts at the University of Helsinki for Comparative Literature and continued his studies at Aalto University for Scenography. His creativity started in 2014 with the novel "L'ultimo parallelo dell'anima". For the second novel "Le transizioni"  he received the award "Writer of the Year" in 2018 in Helsinki.
