UEFA suspends Austrian player Marko Arnautovic for one match

 UEFA has suspended Austrian national team player Marko Arnautovic for anti-sporting behavior.

In the match between Austria and North Macedonia, Arnautovic scored in the net of the Balkans and then severely offended the Macedonian footballer Ezgjan Alioski, who is of Albanian ethnicity.

The player of the Austrian representative himself apologized on social networks for the action, but UEFA opened an investigation and decided to suspend the player for the match with the Netherlands.

The match between the Netherlands and Austria is scheduled to be played on Thursday at 21:00.
