Albanian politicians congratulated Orthodox Easter on social media.

"May the light of this Holy Day warm your hearts and always enlighten your families with hope, prosperity and joy!" - congratulated President Meta on Facebook through a photo of him and his wife, Monika Kryemadhi.

As he recently opened a Facebook account, the message of the Speaker of the Assembly, Gramoz Ruci, also congratulated.

"Those who are conquered by hatred and grief must and will be freed from, those who lose power and faith, one day regain these," he wrote while displaying a photo with Anastasios Yannoulatos.

"Happy Orthodox Easter," is the short greeting of Prime Minister Edi Rama, while opposition leader Lulzim Basha in his message talks about the fight against injustice.

"The light of resurrection may fill with hope your hearts and the hearths of every Albanian family and faith that the goodwill overcome every challenge, pain, and injustice," wrote the leader of the Democrats.

We remind that in Albania there are three main religions that are officially celebrated, Catholic, Muslim and Orthodox.
