Albanian film Vula wins 2 awards at Chauri Chaura International Film Festival

 The Albanian film "Vulë" (Stamp) with screenplay and direction by Valmir Tertini has received the award for best film and best director at the "Chauri Chaura International Film Festival".

This film is about Victoria, an employee of the German Embassy in Pristina. Addicted to alcohol, and in the absence of a partner, leads a debauched life. While totally neglecting his work.


As an irresponsible employee, she gave a one-year visa to a boy from Kosovo just because she had sex with him. She was fired from the embassy, ​​and by chance, they see each other at the airport when traveling to Germany.

The National Center of Cinematography in Albania has given its support for the realization of the film "Stamp" in which actors from Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia have come together. 

"Vulë" has had its premiere in Tirana and Podgorica until today. Meanwhile, during the month of July of this year, "Vula" marked its European premiere at the famous Italian festival BCT. The film also won Best Screenplay at the New York True Venture Festival (NYTVFF).
