The close relations of the Albanian Prime Minister with the Turkish one have been noticed by the regional leaders and those of the opposition. An important voice is that of former Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi, who gave the alarm that Albania is heading east, based among other things on the Rama-Erdogan relationship.

Meanwhile, it should be noted that there are some important elements that make Turkey more and more present in Albania, where in addition to the Muslim religion and Turkish colleges, the number of Turkish soap operas has increased significantly in recent years, imposing thus indirectly a Turkish culture in the middle and poor strata of the population, which tends to watch more soap operas.
