'Kosovo's new government depends on Belgrade,' Vjosa Osmani says

 Vjosa Osmani (archive)
After the officialization of the new government of Kosovo, the Speaker of the Assembly, Vjosa Osmani has spoken out against. While refusing to chair the session in which the government led by Avdullah Hoti was voted, Osmani said that this government does not represent the civic will.

"In the first place, a government that depends entirely on the votes of the Serbian List, that is, from Belgrade, and to which President Thaçi secured the 61st vote, contrary to his constitutional role, can never be a representative of the citizen's will", declared Osmani.

Among other things Osmani did not clarify whether she would continue hold the post of Speaker again.
