Kosovo Airport cancels all flights due to increased COVID-19 cases
Pristina Airport
Prishtina International Airport "Adem Jashari", this Monday evening has announced that it has canceled all flights scheduled to take place on June 16.

The increase in the number of new cases of coronavirus has caused the airport to remain closed.

"Dear passengers, We would like to inform you that all flights scheduled for June 16, 2020, have been canceled. For your reservations and other details about the flight, we ask you to stay in touch with the airlines", it is said in the airport announcement.

The Minister of Health, Armend Zemaj, a few days ago, through a Facebook post, had announced the quick opening of the airport. "Within a few days, we will make a decision to open the airport, always according to the recommendations of doctors, relevant authorities and the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo/NIPHK," Zemaj said on June 13.
