 Police authorities in the city of Milan have executed in the first hours of this morning the operation codenamed "Flashback".

Three well-known drug traffickers, who managed international hashish traffic in northern and central Italy, ended up in handcuffs. The operation also led to the discovery of the treasury of drug traffickers, Italian media write.

On the artificial wall of an apartment were found 15 million euros in banknotes of 20 to 500 euros and packed in 28 boxes. Another 167 thousand euros were found in the safe of a car.

Thus, the Italian police set a record in the seizure of money sometimes in its history, money derived by the criminal activity.
