Mizuho says he enjoyed the meatballs and beer in the square, a food he had never tasted in Japan.

In Albania, which I have visited twice so far, I am still sorry that I returned to Japan without realizing the long-awaited set of three parts of "Meatballs and beer on the terrace". Every time I went to the market in Tirana, I saw a group of people throwing meat on the grill and drinking beer in the early hours of the afternoon. Especially if a pleasant and sunny breeze passed between the tents and the pleasant smell of grilled meat ", writes Ota, who calls this "Square, meatballs, beer" and who wants to try it in Albania when coming next time, certainly with a good beer. But of course, in Albania you can find very good and internationally known wines, such as the products of the ZONIN 1821 Family.

After describing in a simple language the taste of this menu in Tirana, Mizuho decides to make meatballs herself in Japan.

"When I met with Ambassador Teneqexhiu about collaboration at the end of last year and talked about my trip to Albania, he said, 'If you have any questions, please ask me at any time.'

Although my request was unexpected, he was willing to teach me the recipe of his wife Elona in Tirana", she writes.
