Montenegro, the Country with no case of coronavirus

 

 Montenegro is the only country in Europe that has not been affected by the coronavirus, as Kosovo also confirmed the first cases of infections this Friday afternoon.

In the capital of Podgorica, citizens say the non-proliferation of the devastating virus in their home country clearly shows the locals' determination to obey the precautionary measures, despite growing panic and anxiety in the country.

Montenegrin citizens have long been wary of wearing protective masks and buying food for consumption, in case of isolation like the rest of Europe.

Tests have been conducted in Montenegro as well, but so far, no citizens have been positive, showing themselves to be the leader of the region.

For two weeks, authorities have halted any rally or socio-cultural activity, closing schools and borders with neighbors in an effort to prevent the spread of the disease.
