Balla says that "Prime Minister Rama and our Government are taking measures to return to Albania the Albanian citizens who are trapped in different parts of the world as a result of the closure of the borders by COVID-19."
He points out that the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEFA) and Albanian Representations in the world are working to enable the return of these citizens.
“The MEFA, in cooperation with the Crisis Unit set up by MEFA and the Albanian Representations in the World, is working to enable the return of these citizens in the following categories: Albanian Citizens Residing Over 90 Days where they are already trapped; Albanian students in the places where they study and the humanitarian cases”, he says.
Balla also adds that "For all citizens who are in these conditions, who need help or information, to call the emergency numbers available."
