Albania, fines for people seen on streets after 18:00

The Albanian Government has taken extreme measures in the fight against coronavirus. A few days ago all the bars and restaurants have been closed, car circulation is banned and gatherings are not allowed.

But the most extreme measure is been taken today after the statement of the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.

Rama's full statement:

Starting from today, the movement of pedestrians throughout Albanian territory will be banned after 18.00

The circular of the Ministry of Health will enter into force tomorrow, which also provides fines for those who travel on foot or who gather in public parks and other outdoor environments.

100 times sorry for these restrictive measures but we have no other way to win this war. It will be forbidden for everyone to move on the territory, except for emergency reasons, or for the purchase of food and drugs. Only those who work in the fundamental economic chain will be allowed to leave home.

The walks are not vital and fundamental in these moments. The gatherings in the parks are prohibited. Make fun of me as much as you want but don't question the measures taken.
I love you!

No fear, a lot of attention! This is not a game that ends when we want, but a war that we will win by doing with an iron will everything we don't want.
