Di Maio begins the Balkan tour visiting Serbia, North Macedonia and Kosovo
 
 Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio has started a two-day visit to the Balkans, where he will visit Serbia, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.

Di Maio will hold a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and his counterpart, Ivica Dacic.

Are expected to be discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries at this meeting, as Italy is one of the main trading partners and one of the main investors in Serbia; also the prospects for EU integration and the issue of Pristina-Belgrade dialogue.

Tomorrow Di Maio will visit Skopje, where he will be received by country's President Stevo Pendarovski and then his counterpart Nikola Dimitrov.

Di Maio is also expected to meet with Prime Minister Oliver Spasovski and Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi.

Tomorrow, he will visit Kosovo, where he will meet with the new Prime, Albin Kurti, Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca and Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani.
