Heavy rainfall causes floods in Tirana

 The heavy rainfall of the last few hours have caused floods in some areas of Tirana, making it difficult for vehicles to move.

The rain has not stopped for more than 7 hours today in Tirana.

The intensity of rainfall and the blocking of the drainage canals has led the water reaching several centimeters above the read in different parts of the capital.

Problems have arisen in the areas of Kashar, Mëzez, New Tirana and the Botanical Garden. The Lana River also reached a very high level in Palace with the Arrows segment.
