Albanian government opens the race for the construction of Vlora Airport

 The government has opened the race for the construction of Vlora Airport. At a conference in the Prime Minister office, the Infrastructure Minister Belinda Balluku said that the Vlora airport has already taken the first step towards realization.

“It is an important process for the Albanian government. We have designed an international tender for Vlora Airport, based on the criteria of transparency and equity in the tender.

It's been 4 months since our presentation in Vlora. We worked late last night. Vlora Airport is the starting point. Very soon we will be ready to tender the most important highway segment of Thumana-Rrogozhinë.

This project has long been talked about. Today the airport is taking the first step to becoming a reality,” Balluku said.
