Albanian teachers for the first time have started teaching Albanian to Ukrainian Albanians in Karakurt. There are two teachers Aferdita Skura and Ermelinda Delialliasi who have started teaching the Albanian language in the Albanian community.

Minister of State for Diaspora Pandeli Majko said that for the first time the Albanian language teaching is being implemented here thanks to the special project of the National Diaspora Agency.

"This program aims at identifying Albanian language proficiency in the Albanian communities of the Diaspora and creating a special program for each community according to the level of Albanian language proficiency", Majko emphasized.

The project in Ukraine will also extend to the towns of Gamovka, Divnyns'ke, and Tyushki.
