Serious Crimes Prosecutor Perparim Kulluri is dismissed by the Vetting

 

 The Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) of the Vetting process in Albania has dismissed the Serious Crimes Prosecutor Perparim Kullurin. The Serious Crimes Prosecutor faced on Monday the Independent Qualification Commission on suspicion of contacting a person convicted in the Greek state of cultivating narcotics and convicted in Albania of attempted murder.

Oculus News discovered that the decision to dismiss the Serious Crimes Prosecutor was made by the KPA on Wednesday morning, with the panel consisting of Brunilda Bekteshi, Lulzim Hamitaj and Olsi Komici.

The prosecutor in question, when confronted with the IQC, was shown to have reasonable suspicions of a fictitious statement made by him for a shop in Orikum, whereby this scheme is alleged that the prosecutor intended to obtain a higher value out of the expropriation compensation.
