Former Albanian Police Chief, Asllan Dogjani: Paid killings have been increased and the prices have fallen

Former Police Chief Asllan Dogjani warns at the show Political Bureau at Albanian ABC News about the criminal situation in Albania. According to him, there have been so many paid killings, and this has caused the price for a killing to fall sharply.

"The number of paid killings have increased so much that the price has fallen, this is a big alarm!"

Dogjani points out that the state knows where the perpetrators of the assassination attempt on Prosecutor Ndoja are, but will not catch them, as the state is involved with these criminals.

“The state knows who they are and will catch them within 24 hours, but when the prime minister comes out he says: let them kill each other, in this way is opened the green light to the crime. They have the state, the SHISH, and the tools to capture these criminals, but they don't want to capture them. The state also made cardboard to wipe, but these are attached to them. But if you take these into the campaign, they keep these kinds of characters with them in order to intimidate the citizens about the vote, then you'll have them as associates throughout your career. They have captured the state, the state is captured."
