For the first time, Kosovo exports more products to Serbia than Serbia to Kosovo

 

 During the first five months of this year (January to May), referring to official data, it is seen that the total value of imported products from Serbia to Kosovo has reached the value of more than 9 million euros, while Kosovo producers have exported products worth more than 28 million euros.

For the first time, after almost two decades has completely changed the trade balance between Kosovo and Serbia. Since the end of the war so far, imports from this country have been hundreds of millions of times smaller than the export.

Based on the data published on the Central Bank of Kosovo website, it is clear that the imports from Serbia for January of this year are 800 thousand euros, out of 31 million euros in January 2018.
