Stoltenberg visits Tirana tomorrow, at the day of the Big Protest

 NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will visit Albania and North Macedonia, where he will meet with top leaders of both countries.

According to the official alliance's announcement, Stoltenberg will meet tomorrow with Albanian President Ilir Meta, Prime Minister Edi Rama and Defense Minister Olta Xhaçka.

At the end of the meeting, Stoltenberg and Rama will hold a joint press conference.

After visiting Albania, Stoltenberg will travel for a two-day visit to North Macedonia, where he will meet with state leaders and lead his delegation at the meeting between the North Atlantic Council and the North Atlantic integration committee in NATO.

We reminder that tomorrow, on June 2, the Albanian Opposition will hold another protest, promising that this protest will be the biggest, and that in this protest Rama will be overthrown, as opposition leader Lulzim Basha said.

Stoltenberg will be received by the Speaker Talat Xhaferi, who will host a dinner for the North Atlantic Council delegation headed by Stoltenberg.

A day later, on Monday, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev will host a ceremonial reception of high state and military honors for the NATO Secretary General, a ceremony to be held in front of the building of the Government of North Macedonia.

After meeting in the government building, Zaev and Stoltenberg will attend the North Atlantic Council meeting with the North Atlantic integration committee in NATO, after which they will come out at a joint press conference.
