Serious Crimes Court gives 10 years in prison for Klement Balili

 The Serious Crimes Court has sentenced Klement Balilin to 10 years in prison this Tuesday. The court found Klement Balilin guilty of four counts filed by the Prosecution, while he was sentenced to 15 years in prison, due to shortened trial, Balili will be serving ten years in prison.

The court hearing lasted about two hours. His lawyer, Theodhori Sollaku, demanded that the Prosecution's allegations be dismissed as unsubstantiated. While at the court session, Klement Balili didn't said a word, while at the Court were also his family members and a representative of the United States embassy in Tirana.

The Serious Crimes Prosecution requested his guilty verdict on drug trafficking and money laundering, and gave to him a 10-year prison sentence.
