 Ergest Alija, 29, originally from Librazhd, is an Albanian who was stabbed to dead by two Russians in the Trikala Prison. According to Greek police, the Albanian were stabbed by 2 Russian prisoners, though the crime circumstances have not yet been fully revealed.

Alija is suspected of having lost his life after a knife-clash at the Trikala Prison. Greek police say the main suspect for Alia's wounding and killing is a Russian who subsequently tried to commit suicide.
