US and Russian Navy ships crossed Dardanelles separately within hours

 The Russian Military ships "Ceasar Kunikov" with the number 158 and "Azov" with the number 151 entered this morning the Dardanelles strait from the Aegean Sea and after about 1.5 hours of sailing arrived near the banks of the town of Çanakkale.

The ships advanced to the Marmara Sea under the escort of the Turkish Coast Guard units, but no information was given on the port they would anchor, as Turkish state media reports.

While some hours later a US Navy ship also crossed the Dardanelles strait.

The 154 meters long USS Navy "Donald Cook" holds the number 75. The warship came from the Aegean Sea, and after 1.5 hours of navigation appeared in front of the Canakkale town, and three hours later arrived at the coastal town of Lapseki.

The American ship crossed the Dardanelles strait under the escort of the Turkish Coast Guard teams. Then the ship's cruise course continued towards the Marmara Sea.

There is no information on the port this ship will be anchored.
