Eight fires are registered in the city of Skopje at New Year's Eve. As stated to media the Territorial Unit of Firefighters, the teams on duty started their interventions yesterday from 19:00 to 07:00 of January 1, 2019.
There were no injuries but only material damages."Fires caused by the burning of containers occured in Partizanska in the Municipality of Karpos, as well as in the 4 July streets in Gjorce Petrov, in Vukovarska in Cair and Jani Llukrovski, on Marko Oreshkovic Street in Kisela Voda, while the fires are caused by chimneys and electric poles in Gllumova, Saraj Municipality," the Territorial Unit of Firefighters Department reports.
The damage from the burning of containers is estimated at about 60,000 denars.
