44-year-old Albanian killed with automatic firearm in Athens

 An Albanian citizen was executed today in Omonia, Athens.

Greek media reports that the victim is a 44-year-old citizen from Fier, the father of three, who is known as a businessman dealing with artificial growth of fish.

He had arrived for a few days in the Greek capital and was sitting in a BAR on Kriti Street, when he was shot by two people on a motorbike and a masked.

The victim was shot with automatic firearm, he got many bullets in the head and chest and failed to survive, finding thus the immediate death.

Police arrived at the scene within a few minutes and reportedly reported that it was a matter of settling the gap between prostitution and drug gangs operating in the area.

The "Kritis" street is known as one of the most notorious crime areas of the Greek capital, while Athens police have not yet discovered the identity of the victim.
