Shijak's police have arrested a 20-year-old man from Shkodra, accused of 12 house thefts. His collaborator, also from Shkodra is wanted. Police say they are the perpetrators of 12 thefts that took place from 2 October to 30 November this year. They also have threatened with a gun a minor citizen.
Crime Investigation Specialists in Shijak Police Commissariat in cooperation with the Eagle's Forces of the Local Police Directorate of Durres, following the information provided by the Police Structure yesterday evening have finalized the coded operation "Alfa".Is arrested in flagrant the citizen:
• Frederik Shkambi 20 years old, resident in Shkodra, formerly convicted of criminal offenses "Theft committed in co-operation" and "Police Disobedience".
The abovementioned citizen was also a wanted person after the Shkodra District Court imposed the "Arrest in jail" security measure for the criminal offense "Forcible robbery committed in co-operation" based on the Article 139, 25 of the Criminal Code.
Also the citizen Z.N. 26, resident in Shkodra is also declared wanted.
From the conduct of the investigative and procedural actions it has been documented with scientific evidence that the above mentioned citizens in cooperation with each other are suspected as perpetrators of 12 thefts.
