Kosovar deceiving Swiss authorities uncovered: He received disability pension but worked as a bodyguard

 A 47-year-old Kosovar was sentenced to jail by the Swiss authorities after cheated the Swiss state by gaining unlawful disability status. Of the two communes, The Kosovar had benefited about 420,000 Swiss Francs for nearly ten years.

The Kosovar got the status of disability by causing deliberately an accident in Zurich in 2000. His wife told the Swiss authorities that after the injuries sustained as a result of the accident her husband had repeatedly headache, backache, nervousness and aggression, writes the Swiss newspaper Tages Anzeiger.

Thus the Swiss authority trusted the statements of the 47-year-old Kosovar's wife and declared him unable to work.

But he was discovered in October 2008, where the Zurich Social Insurance Institute had received an anonymous phone call, that the Kosovar was working as a bodyguard at a club in Rumlang for five years.

The detective's videos proved that his story as an "apathetic, isolated, and incapable of work" was not true and hi was very integrated and active.

Detectives also proved that he had traveled several times with expensive cars in Kosovo, where he worked in construction work at his home, had spent holidays in Turkey and Egypt.

And because of the investigation, the Swiss authorities in 2011 decided to end the pension.

He appealed this verdict to the Zurich High Court, which sentenced him to 36 months in prison on Thursday, of whom he must serve 12 months in prison.

During the process, it was reported that the accused, together with his wife, staged a trak accident in 2003 in order to recover money from the insurance. For this act they have been condemned as deceivers. During the interrogation by the judge, Kosovar said he knew nothing about the financial condition of his family. But his wife is responsible for this.
