The Albanian judoka of Kosovo Akil Gjakova is doing a good job at Grand Slam of Abu Dhabi, in the category of 73 kg.
Gjakova has also registered the third victory of the day, beating the opponents from Uzbekistan, Khikmatillokh and Turaev.Gjakova started the competition by marking victory in the first phase against the Taxhamistan's Ramazanov and then in the second stage secured the quarterfinals by defeating the German Igor Wandtke.
After defeating Turaev, Akil will fight in the semi-finals, where he will face Moguskov from Russia.
