Alma Hicka has been dismissed from the position of the State Attorney and the new State Advocate of Albania will be Artur Metani.
Oculus News sources suggests that the proposal was made by the Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, while the appointment was made by Prime Minister Edi Rama.These moves were made a few days ago. Metani is currently attending the meeting of the Law Commission with the status of the State Advocate. Meanwhile in the Commission is being discussed the legal initiative of the SP deputy Alket Hyseni for State Advocacy.
The appointment of Artur Metani as State Attorney will be made on 24 October.
