10 opposition deputies prosecuted after the violent protest in Albania

 Ten opposition MPs have been prosecuted because of tensions caused yesterday in the parliamentary session.

Criminal proceedings have been filed for these DP party deputies: Ervin Salianji, Gent Strazimiri, Edi Paloka, Klevis Balliu, Flamur Noka, Grida Duma.

While the Socialist Movement deputies that have been prosecuted are: Floida Kërpaçi, Monika Kryemadhi, Kejdi Mehmetaj and Endrit Braimllari.

These proceedings came after the violent opposition protest in oppose to  Rama's government's decision to elect the temporal general prosecutor.

Flamur Noka, Edi Paloka and Grida Duma were prosecuted for the ofence of "Destruction of Public Order and Peace", while the others for "Opposing an employee performing a state duty or a public service".
