Six Albanians and a Polish arrested for cocaine trafficking from the Netherlands to Italy

 A drug trafficking organization from the Netherlands to Italy was destroyed thanks to the collaboration between the Italian and Dutch police. During the investigations by the police of Florence and Amsterdam, several warrants were executed and one ton of narcotics was seized.

Investigations are coordinated by the anti-mafia team in Florence.

Italian local media talk about 7 arrested among them 6 are Albanian citizens and one Polish as a member of this international drug trafficking and money laundering organisation.

The Investigations begun on May 2015 after tracing an Albanian group dealing with drug trafficking from South America to Italy via the Netherlands and the recycling of the revenues from this trafficking, according to a statement by the Florence police headquarter quoted by the Italian media.

Investigations of the Florence team revealed the dynamics of how the organization imported cocaine from South America to the Netherlands to distribute it in some European countries, including Italy and England.
