Turkey reacts harshly against official Albania over the release of the Turkish citizen Muhammad Yasir Aydoğmuş

 The release of the Turkish citizen Muhammad Yasir Aydoğmuş a day earlier by the Durres Court seems to be causing a diplomatic clash between Ankara and official Tirana.

Today, the Turkish Embassy in Tirana reacted over this decision, saying it is very disappointed by the two decisions, according to the Embassy the Court of Durres decisions are scandalous.

The Turkish Embassy calls this case a very bad example of the fight against terrorism, while arguing that the citizen Muhammet Yasir Aydoğmuş had to stay in prison and then be extradited to Turkey.

The embassy also adds that the Turkish citizen poses a threat to Albania's national security as he is a terrorist-accused person. The judges who took the decision to release the Turkish citizen were Eda Kaja and Petraq Curri.

The latter is known to the public as the judge who released the drug boss wanted by Italy, Alket Hatija.

The release of the Turkish citizen by the Court of Durres had also intervenened the European Parliament through an urgent letter sent by Monica Macoevi.

She demanded the release of Muhammad Yasir Aydoğmuş with the argument that he is endangered by life in Turkey.
