The winner of the Albanian Radio And Television Festival composer with the song "Tales", Olsa Toqi, is taking part in one of the most important events of the contemporary opera genre, such as "Internazionale Opera Giaccomo Puccini" that was held in Lucca.
Toqi is been selected among many participating composers from all over the world in the top 10 of the best with her own opera project.
Under the care of the composer Girolamo D'eraco, Director of Clauster Italia, Toqi composed the opera 'Meladrama'.In Albania, the first Albanian opera "Mrika" was composed in 1958, a few years later is followed by "Skanderbeg" and there were no other compositions.
