Tirana police have arrested a Bulgarian citizen, suspected of having set up equipment for card cloning at ATMs.
In this case, the police seized device fitting for ATMs, 2 bank cards, leks, 240 suspected narcotic seeds of cannabis sativa, two mobile phones and a Volkswagen car.
The arrested person is Konstantin Eftimov, 25, resident in Sofia, while another Bulgarian citizen is wanted.Both have installed a kind of device called "Skimmer", which used to clone and steal ATM card data.
