25-year old Bulgarian arrested after stealing ATM-s in Tirana

 Tirana police have arrested a Bulgarian citizen, suspected of having set up equipment for card cloning at ATMs.

In this case, the police seized device fitting for ATMs, 2 bank cards, leks, 240 suspected narcotic seeds of cannabis sativa, two mobile phones and a Volkswagen car.

The arrested person is Konstantin Eftimov, 25, resident in Sofia, while another Bulgarian citizen is wanted.

Both have installed a kind of device called "Skimmer", which used to clone and steal ATM card data.



This is the moment of the arrival of the 25-year old Bulgarian at Tirana Police Directorate. A few moments ago he was arrested while stealing an ATM near 21 December" area of Tirana. Through this device called "skimmer", he managed to clone debit and credit cards. This device can get the latest card data used at the ATM. Another suspected person as his associate is declared wanted.
