The Serbian government is confident that with the introduction of the Serbian List in the future Kosovo state legislature, the formation of the Kosovo Army will be prevented.
At a joint press conference of Serbia's outgoing Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic, Labor Minister in the Serbian government and representatives of the Serbian List, stated that it is vitally important for Serbs in Kosovo to vote for the Serbian List.
"When you hear a candidate for Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who is threatening to arrive in Nis, we can assume what he can do if he forms the army. Serbs should not allow it "- said Serbian Minister Aleksandar Vulin.Vulin said that "without the state of Serbia there would be no life in Kosovo and Metohija".
While the director of the Office for Kosovo in the Serbian government, Marko Djuric, said that the vote on the Serbian List in Kosovo's parliamentary elections means "continued support for Serbian institutions in Kosovo".
