Kosovo police said they had arrested two persons possessing counterfeit euro 2.1 million in the trunk of the car.
Counterfeit money found in a bag in the trunk of a car entering from Albania and the rider was an Albanian citizen, Kosovo police said.
The driver and the the passenger - a citizen of Cameroon - were sent to detention. Police said that this was the largest seizure of counterfeit currency since the end of Kosovo War, Kosovo media report.
