The rich cultural and historic heritage of the city of Ohrid, this month will be promoted at the international fair in Thessaloniki, Macedonia.
This is done in order to attract as many international tourists who will visit Ohrid throughout the year.
"We as a sector will compete along with the tourism sector of Belgrade, Plovdid of Bulgaria and Thessaloniki, and that greater attention will entice the opportunity for a regional approach to European and world markets," said Goko Apostolov, head of the tourism sector.According to statistics, Skopje and Ohrid are cities that are visited most by tourists.
