The Turkish historian Talha Uğurluel during a visit in Lezha to the tomb of Skanderbeg cursed and insulted our national hero.
The Turk says among other things: "Skanderbeg did not struggled but he was a burglar, terrorised women, children and the elderly vulnerable. He was same as today is the PKK".Accompanied by the applauses of the people accompanying him, the historian said: "Albanians hereafter have to choose how to live: As Mehmet Akif Ersoy as Albanian, but loyal to the Ottomans, or as Skanderbeg, as a traitor".
