High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy of the EU, Federica Mogherini visits Albania today.
Today she will meet with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama to discuss bilateral relations, as well as on the latest developments and prospects of EU-Albania relations. After the meeting there will be a joint press conference.
Also Mogherini will meet with the President of the Republic Bujar Nishani, with Foreign Minister Bushati, with members of various political parties as well as with representatives of civil society.Mogherini will also deliver a speech in Parliament today.
Is expected she will convey the request to fulfill the 5 key priorities and in particular the implementation of the judicial reform, so that Albania could get a date for opening negotiations.
