Transparency International, Albania Still in the red Zone of Corruption

Our country remains in the red zone in terms of corruption perception level, although according to Transparency International Albania has inmproved slightly. 

Albania is ranked 88th out of 168 countries. A year ago our country was ranked 110th out of 178 countries, with 33 points. At global level, Denmark is ranked first with 91 points, while the last place is divided between North Korea and Somalia with 8 points. 

Ranking of 168 countries is carried out based on a rating scale from 100 to 0 points. The countries marked in yellow on the map have no Corruption, while those in red have a very high level of corruption.

Albania, Bosnia and Kosovo are three places that are very far in the ranking of countries in the region. Montenegro is ranked 61st, 66th Macedonia, Serbia 71's and Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 76th place..
