After three-month of Tirana police investigation, finaly, a 44-year-old burglar, who has robbed at least 21 houses, is arrested.
The investigations showed that the serial burglar used flat phone cards as a mechanism to open the doors of the victims' houses.
The so called Ndrelalaj, was also previously convicted in Italy for violence against his wife.
The full name of the serial Burglar isn't made public by the police.
In the quality of material prove in order to verify Ndrelalaj's acts, police seized a laptop with relevant accessories, 3 telephone handsets of different brands, 5 phone cards with which he opened the doors and a black sweatshirt.
